tag #2 – five things about me
My friend, Kristy, tagged me next. I’ve done a similar tag before, so this was pretty difficult…
1… Whenever I look at a clock, the numbers in the time are always either the same or in some sort of sequential order – like 1:11, 4:44, 1:23, 3:21, 4:56. Or the time reminds me of something else – like 9:11 (September 11th), 7:11 (convenient stores), 4:11 (information). It never fails.
2… I always know when something has been moved in my home. If Brian dusts and a picture frame is not in exactly the same place it was before, I know. Some people call this OCD. I call this being observant.
3… Likewise, I like things to be in straight lines. I don’t like angles. Brian is the same way, making things a little easier around here.
4… I firmly believe that I was born in the wrong decade. I am so much more suited to the 1920s, 1930s or 1940s. I take that as a need to bring some of that class into our current time.
5… I love to travel. I love road trips. I would much rather drive across the country than fly over it. You miss so much when you’re up in the air. There’s just something about being jammed in a car for hours and hours that adds to the experience… creating lots of fun stories later on. I have tons.
I tag: Crystal, Amber F., Carrie, Jess

Very interesting about the straight lines... I guess I never noticed. I only noticed that your house always was so cozy and clean. (So you'll pass that inspection with NO problem!).
Also... I don't know if I want to do the cross-country thing again in a car. Perhaps at a time when it's not so stressful? Like not moving all my earthly belongings in a truck plus towing my car and trying to do it in 5 days or less...
hila - yes, moving would fall into a different category. that is something that i would not be all that thrilled about doing. but a vacation? absolutely...
