happy things

We had another busy, but very enjoyable, weekend. After church on Sunday, we went down to Brian’s parents home to spend some time with them. We took a nice walk down in the country – enjoying the crisp breeze and new growth. We had a belated birthday celebration for one of Brian’s cousins – enjoying the company of our dear family all the while.

Monday, Ammon and I went to Enterprise to have lunch with my mom and grandmother. We had a lovely lunch at Smoochies, and then walked up Main Street to visit my dad at his shop. Ammon also got to see the Boll Weevil for the first time – a definite milestone...

Today was a rainy day – so, apart from a meeting I had to attend for church (very fun when you have a three-month-old who must have his share in the conversation), we had a lazy day watching WKRP in Cincinnati and The Muppet Show – quite the combination. Brian’s spring break officially began Sunday (as that is when he completed all his required tests and assignments) – Ammon and I are very excited to have him home more for a while.

The recent time change has not only messed me up, but Ammon as well. Our once “fairly predictable” bedtime routine is “fairly predictable” no longer. Yet another hurdle to clear. But, we will conquer this – we have got to...

Isn't it interesting how the time change even interrupts babies!! Love the pictures! Now to go look at them at my own pace :). See you soon!
